what are we eating?

January 14th update......We are eliminating sugar and flour from our plan.
We are doing 5 meals a day. Not counting calories per say just measuring portions. I weigh everything. I want to be able to say I am rigourously honest about my food. I do this for 2 reasons. 1 to make sure my portions are correct. 2 because I can go either way, and after awhile I think hmm did I eat too much and the portion becomes huge in my head.
For example....
Before work out.....a mix of veg's and 1 fruit juiced
Breakfast....1 protein...8 ounces yogurt 1 starch...1 oz of oatmeal or grapenuts. (I put GN in yogurt)
Snack......1 protein....8 ounces of yogurt, 1 fruit...orange
Lunch.....1 protein....3 ounces Tuna...1 starch...1 oz shredded wheat...Vegs...a big salad, or cooked vegs
Snack.....1 protein 3 oz of turkey burger....1 fruit...apple
Dinner....1 protein..3 oz chicken...1 starch....4oz baked potatoe, Vegs...cooked vegs Snack....before 8:00 pm or hopefully sooner 1 snack of low cal something not to exceed 50 cals.
