Not counting calories per say just measuring portions. I weigh everything. I want to be able to say I am rigourously honest about my food. I do this for 2 reasons. 1 to make sure my portions are correct. 2 because I can go either way, and after awhile I think hmm did I eat too much and the portion becomes huge in my head.&lt;br /&gt;For example....&lt;br /&gt;Before work out.....a mix of veg's and 1 fruit juiced&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast....1 protein...8 ounces yogurt 1 starch...1 oz of oatmeal or grapenuts.
